Finally done with exams and I can think about working on this bike. I was looking at the rear end today and thinking about how to make my seat and refab the subframe. Since I'm in an apartment and have no access to welding and whatnot, I was thinking about using the old seat pan (wow, loss of words there...gotta go chopper talk on ya), keeping that but just adding a rear cowl to the back of that/exending it and giving the tapered rear look through that hard piece of plastic that already has an awesome mounting system and seeing how that comes out. Am I missing something here? I mean, philosophy really scrambled my brain last semester and at 39, there's not much left anyway!
