Carburetor tuning question

Hey guys so I have a 92 seca and will only run when I give it throttle. Sometimes it will stay on without throttle but will die out. So my question is with the jets. Do the main jets need to be turned out specifically? I have them 2 turns out. Another is with the pilot jet? Do those need to be turned out as well? I know the pilot screws need to be 2 turns out.
