Just fitted a new tire to my FZR 18X4 rim and it went on easy, the new valve went in easy, it beaded easily but the last section about 4 inches long isn't popping out resulting in a pin sized air leak.

I took it upto 65 PSI and didn't dare taking it any higher.

I'm hoping it might just be where I used a tiny bit of washing liquid to get it on the rim and might seal once that's dried properly.

But anyone got any tips to get that last tiny bit to pop out?
