I'm in the middle of (attempting to) replace the exhaust on my XJ600 since the original is rotting through on both sides. The downpipe bolts are predictably rounded off and don't want to shift, so it's currently sitting with penetrating oil on it while I wait for more tools to arrive so next weekend I can get them off one way or the other
In the meantime - it's clear the old bolts are ruined, so I'm going to need new ones. What size do I need? - Google can't seem to tell me, if I can find out I can at least get those ordered now so they'll hopefully arrive by the time I've had a chance to actually get the old ones out!
