Hi, new to the forum and seeking advice from some members here.
A little about me, I live in North Carolina US and have been riding for more than 30 years. I've owed about every bike on the market HD Ultra Classic, Kawasaki Vulcan Classic, Suzuki RM's as well a C90, Yamaha YZ's as well as Vulcan Classic, Honda V65 and V45, 99 Goldwing and my last bike was a 2002 Goldwing. My intention was to purchase a K1600 BMW or another Goldwing in the future for traveling but I have ran across a 93 SECA 2 with only 5100 miles on it for $800.00. I know this is consider a starter bike and compared to the bikes I've owned a 600 isn't a 1800 when it comes to power, but I like the thought of a smaller get around town bike for now due to very little time to travel.
I don't know much about these bikes and the only issue with this one is he dropped it on a trailer causing damage to the left side fairing, which is no big issue because I can do body and paint repair :kudos: but the bike looks brand new outside that. He had the carbs re-jetted Stage 1 for better start up as well as performance.
Just wondering if this is a good purchse and any ideas about a cheap hard saddlebag and top trunk set up so I can pack a few items when riding. Thanks and ride safe :moped: .
