New carb adjustment and High Idle

I took my 92 XJ into a local shop for a carb adjustment. It was taking a long time to warm up and seemed to be running hot. Before the adjustment it idled at 1.2K rpms, now it is idling at 1.5K rpms. It is also randomly sticking at 2K rpms. If I rev it up a little 3-5K, it comes back down to 1.5K. It is pretty annoying when shifting gears and I don't want to waste fuel. It is warming up quicker and not bogging down at low rpms when cold, so part of it is good. Any advice on this? As usual, thanks. :thumbsup:
