I use a product made by Meguillers called NXT Generation wax (Tech Wax 2.0). I actually bought it for my 350Z but find myself using it on the bikes. It leaves a very nice glossy finish which holds up well. It works very well on lenses (signal lenses, taillamp, etc) and on clear windshields and removes the very fine scratches and haze. It's an excellent followup to 3M's polishing compound.

Here's a '92 taillamp assembly that I polished with the aforementioned wax (I bought it on EBay to use on the '97).
