Different handlebars

I want a different set of handlebars for my bike (1995 Seca II), preferably a set that comes back to the rider ever so slightly, maybe by another inch or an inch and a half. The riding I do is practical, everyday commuting (so I don't want any "sport" seating position). What are my options?
