I have been noticing my engine ticking loud enough to hear while riding 30-40mph. Thinking that its the valves, even though its only got 11k miles, I did a valve clearance check, cold of course.
Here is what I got.
Cyl 1: Intake .152mm
Exhaust .229mm
Cyl 2: In .102
Ex .254
Cyl 3: In .102
Ex .279
Cyl 4: In .152
Ex .229
Could cylinder 3 exhaust valve be the culprit by itself?
I also looked at the cam chain, and its nice and snug.
