Running Lights or lack there of.

bought a rebuilt bike all the wiring appears clean and new but not sure yet on wiring paths. on my light switch I get nothing from parking light selection. headlamp and signals work as they should but I have learned that my running lights work when they choose to like when I hit a bump in the highway or when I pull in the clutch lever. grrr... time to break out the testing equipment. I notice the headlamp dims when signal blinks. don't know what has been done with wiring but I got learn cause I have a feeling it be expensive to take to local shop.
