93 XJ600 Bike wont roll freely in neutral...Please Help!

I went for a 3 minute ride and it began to drizzle so I pull her back in the garage. It cleared and went to get her off the stand and go...noticed the bike was not rolling freely in neutral, it feels like the brakes are on. I thought it might be the bck brake, but after trying to take it off the centerstand it felt like the front brakes were stopping it from rolling off. The bike will roll in neutral with some force...The brake fluid is correct...dont know what to do...please help. Thanks.
