fzr 4" rim to xj 600 93'

Hi i would like to put fzr 600's 4" rim to my xj 600 1993. Is the rim only thing i need? I can buy cheap rim without rack, brakedisc and or other stuff like bearing etc. it's just for few bucks. Is it a good idea or I need something more? I got old rim on the bike? Thanks a lot.
