Electrical problem

I bought my 92 seca 2 and the guy I bought it off said the horn didn't work. A day later I tested it and it worked fine. Recently I realized that the horn isn't working and the brake light isn't lighting up for either the front or rear brake. I checked the fuses and they checked out fine. The batteries less than a year old. Any ideas on where to check for electrical problems??
