me again with fuel issues.

i just finished cleaning my carbs. didnt touch the syn screws, all i did was clean the bowls jets and other various parts. carbs are back in the bike and the tank is a little over half full. i set the petcock to prime and i get very little gas flow to the filter. this bike was running for a week straight until i cleaned the carbs. i had to clean them because the bike decided it was a good idea to have a hard time starting when i came out of the movie theater one night. any ideas guys? pretty frustrated... :wallbash:
