So I am completely new to motorcycle repairs. The most I've done was change the oil and spark plugs. I have recently been getting a massive amount of clutch slippage (high rpm's but no increase in speed) and I need to replace my clutch. I have no idea how to do this or where to get the parts. If I haven't done any work on the motorcycle myself, is this a bad first repair for me? Should I take it to a shop? If you guys think I should do it myself, where can I get the parts/tools? Also, can anyone walk me through the process if I were to do it myself? Thanks so much guys!
Note: I haven't changed the oil in nearly 12 months, so should I do that before replacing the clutch or after?
