I have just picked up an XJ and I am wondering about the tyres. When I test rode it it felt a little twitchy, but I thought it was down to the tyres and the price worked out okay so I bought it anyway.
The current tyres are 120/70 on the front and 120/90 on the back, compared to the listed 110/80 and 130/70. The rear is badly worn and near due replacement anyway.
Does anyone take the view that the current sizes are a good choice, or would I be wise to revert to factory standard?
