Seafoam vs. Carb Rebuild

So, I did some searching of the forum on Seafoam. It seems some of you guys use it in your bikes. Here's my question: would any of you use it instead of pulling the carbs to rebuild? I'm just going through some preliminary checks/updates on the bike I recently purchased and have thought about adding this to the tank and crankcase to clean things up a bit internally. Those of you that have used it, do you do the intake method also? Thanks for answering my curious questions. Inquiring minds want to know! :grins:
