Help a newbie out.

Hey I have a question. I'm wanting to do the 10 cent rejet and replace the pilot jets too, and then tune and sync the carbs. I'm also wanting to run straight pipes with no muffler. My question is if I run the straight pipes, do the 10 cent rejet, replace the pilot jets, tune, and sync, will I also have to replace the main jets? And if so what size? :help:
