Problem unknown :(

Hey all, i just picked up a seca 2 from my cousin tonight and im excited to get it out on the road! Buuut i gotta slight or major issue. She starts great and runs like a champ for about 30 minutes. Once she gets warm, (30 min to an hour) i have to have the bike wide open just to get a slow take off. The carbs have been cleaned and redone. Would jetting fix this, or did the mechanic not fix the carbs correctly? Or what else could possibly be wrong? :help:
