Simple naked conversion

Hi all. I've bought a '97 Seca ii with intentions to use it as a commuter. The fairing was pretty much trashed, so I'm looking into doing a naked conversion. What's the simplest/cheapest way to go about this? Being able to do this without fabrication (or with the aid of someone with experience doing that) would be preferable. I've found the cheapo fork tube headlight mounts- I'd be able to mount something like an SV light to those, correct? Would it wire right up? If I did that, where would turn signals go? Thanks for any help!
