exhaust upgrade & rejet question

I'm new to the forum. My question is if I upgrade to the Vance and Hines supersport 4 into 1 exhaust does it require a carb reject to run smoothly. Also if anyone has done this what size jets did you use and where did you buy them. I ride a 92 sec a ii that's completely stock.
