I took my bike over to the DC DMV today to get it titled, tagged and inspected.
A block away the bike starts to bogg, then cuts out at the next light. Check he fuses, they are fine, bump start it and get it over to the DMV inspection station. Stalls 3 more times in a block.
Go in get my tags title and no need for inspection. Come out about an hour later and she'll start with the choke but dies with throttle and won't warm up. Can't get it to bump start again. I'm thinking its the voltage regulator and I've been running off the battery the whole time without charging it. Going home on the metro with battery coming back with battery(charged), charger and multimeter. Any advice is welcome.
