ABS Cement - Different types?

So I stopped at home depot and lowes yesterday, neither had ABS cement in the store, in fact the guy at home depot didn't even think such a product exsisted. So I went to true value and they had ABS cement but is is the "Extra Special Medium Black ABS Cement" from Oatey. Anyone have any idea on whats so specail about the extra special cement? I bought it and am currently using it on the rear fairings so we will see i guess but I just don't under stand what the difference is or if it's going to effect the repair in anyway.
