I'm very happy to be the XJ of this month. At the end of summer 2009, i started looking a new motorcycle, as my little suzuki RG80 was starting to get a bit to small for me. I didn't want to get a big bike yet, i wanted something in between.. I had to decide between three motorcylces – The Suzuki GS500, Yamaha XJ 600 (pre divy) or Yamaha XJ 600 Diversion (no seca 2's over here).
Did some research on them, and the most positive feedback came of from the Divy. So we packed our stuff, and headed to get it. My brother had to ride it back home, as i didn't have a driving licence yet. I paid 1000$ for it.

And then the modding began.. winter 2009:
First of all, as i was a big fan of naked bikes i really wanted to have the XJ 600N naked headlight. The old gauges didn't work properly, so i had to find myself a new gauge as well. Koso seemed great, but it was too expencive. Still, i wen't for the Koso.
Inspired by the Kawasaki versys belly muffler, i thougt of making the same muffler. The belly muffler worked out great in the end.

Summer 2010:
I decided to paint the whole bike white. I'm a big fan of white stuff, thats all i can say.

Winter 2010:
Did a great deal on a FZR 600's front end. I was inspired by jestertoby's 17'' rear wheel, and quickly began to find myself a 17'' back wheel. From a lucky coincidence, we bought a Yamaha SZR 660 for a project. I had a chance to get only the rear wheel with all the needed stuff for myself. With some modding, the SZR rear wheel got installed.

The modding goes on this winter (2011/2012) . . . .
Many thanks to those who voted for my bike! And a big big applause to radare for this great forum !
