projector headlight

i bought a sachs madass headlight projector set and have not a clue on how to wire the H3 high and E13 High Illuminating bulb that sticks into the bottom of the high beam projector. i see how simple the low beam would be to wire up. but would wiring a 5W and 55W to the same power wire damage anything? and i have assumed that a H3 bulb would work with a system originally using a H4 bulb its just the connector that doesnt work together right?
