4 months ago I was working in a Chicago Suburb called Skokie at their Village Hall and someone put a note on my XJ suggesting I join the forums. So now, 4 months later finally here I am!
This is my 1994 XJ600 in it's current form. I'm sure in a year I will have stripped and repainted again with a more durable paint, as I'm not happy with what stray gasoline splatter does to rattle-can paint. :wallbash:

I really like the MotoDynamics R1 tail light I got, and it bolted right on to where the stock one did! I had to bracket the tail light and license plate holder further in because I removed the fairings and a couple metal tabs on the back of the frame before I painted it. The front headlights were just a design experiment... but I've been lazy and haven't made a shroud or wind deflector yet so it kinda looks crummy. I also plan on relocating/changing to LED front indicators. Eh, one day.

My latest endeavor has been making a prototype for a performance muffler I'm inventing. What better candidate than my favorite motorcycle!
So far I have the collector welded up and some muffler internals made.
Then for $hit$ and giggles I stuck a yosh RS-5 muffler from a ZX-6R to hear what it sounded like cause it will still be a week or so till I get my muffler made. Too bad I don't have video capability right now cause I loved the sound!
When I get it completed I'll post some more pictures and a video.
