Alright, this is weird...
I've had my 1995 Seca II up and running since Oct '12, and the whole time I've had it, it's had a high idle speed of 3000 rpm. Most of my riding is highway so I never deemed it to be a priority, but I finally figured I'd set it straight today.
I used that black-headed screw on the back of the carbs to lower it down to about 1750 rpm or so, but in doing so, this caused two things to happen: My neutral indicator is now weak (light fails to turn on sometimes), preventing me from having the bike running while the kickstand is down, and; Never seen before, when trying to use the electric starter, I'll get an attempt to turn over, and then this odd electrical vibrating or buzzing sound.
Trying to turn the idle speed rpm back up to where I had it before (with bike off) did not help any, and I could only get it started up doing a running start.
What on EARTH did I do?
