Z1 Enterprises is listing 25mm K&L shims, individually, by size:

They run about $5.50 a shim and shipping is probably high, but if you need shims, this might be a good place to look.
If you've found other sources for shims, without buying a bulk kit or relying on the shim pool, post em here.
