Paint defect help.

I'm having some issues with painting. On the color coat, I am getting aligator cracking. I didn't notice it until the final coat, and then when I sanded it, it showed up deep in the paint. I'm painting in my garage where I have been running a wood stove to heat the place up to 60 or 70. I cleaned the part with soap and water and wiped it with alcohol.

My friend said maybe the hardener is curing too quickly because it is too dry. I'm not really sure. Any advice?
