Most of the plastic on your XJ600 is ABS plastic. The fairings, signal stocks, etc, are all made from black ABS plastic. You all may recall my "How to Repair Cracked Fairings" thread which details my approach to repairing ABS fairings. Well, in like fashion, I'd like a thread which details how to make custom or replacement parts out of ABS plastic. I am undertaking the construction of some custom side panels for my '92 and I hope to detail my experiences here. With that being said, I'd like to hear what you do with ABS plastic and how you work with it. More specifically, I'd like to see examples of what you've done with it or what you've repaired with it.
