Hellos guys, how is everybody ???
I been working so many hours on this bike trying to fix this issue, when the bike is on idle (1250rpm) and you try to accelerate the RPM get drop until you reach the 2000 rpm. It is like a flat spot from idle to like 1900RPM. After the 2k RPM the bike runs super good...
I been reading that all this bikes takes for ever to warm-up but I don't know if this is part of the symptoms of the cold engine. It seem to get better as it warm-up but still present.
List of things done:
(Bike: 1992 Seca)
1. Partial Carb. clean-up
2. New fuel pump
3. Pilot Jet increased to #20
4. new fuel filter
5. Verified valve clearance and Float fuel adjusted with wet method
6. Pilot air screws adjusted with IR gun
7. Carb Synchronized
8. New spark plugs
Solutions???
1. Two of the carb. Diaphragm are not in good condition and I had to use liquid electric tape .... Can this be the problem???
2. Pilot jet circuit need more clean-up, because the problem is during 0 to 1/4 throttle position.
