Tries to Shut Off When Giving Throttle - Till Enough Given

After I let it warm up for a bit and try to give it throttle, it tries to die out on me unless I throttle it extremely slowly and get past the rpms dieing off. Once it has enough throttle it runs like a dream. If I use choke to get past that point on the throttle and then I shut the choke off and give it gas it runs fine. It also idles normally once warmed up but at like 500rpm when warming up but around 2000 or a little under when warmed up.
