fitting gsxr1000 k1 forks

i placed a bid on some gsxr1000 k1 forks. if i win any ideas on how i can still run my std front wheel id like to here them. i know the gsxr has a much larger spindle so im wondering about bearing swaps and bushes and things. then ive got to worry about the caliper would a gsxr one fit my disc. any info if anyone has experience with this sort of thing would be great.
