fuel overflow

Ok the curcumstances of my bike are a lil unique - the PO had installed an electric fuel pump and that seemed to be all good but this week all the sudden she started flowing gas out of the no 3 carb when I was idling. I haven't had a chance to pinpoint the exact spot. I would like to know if this carbs have a history of a weak spot or sticking floats
