Ok, this whole thing got started in the "On the road with Drapheus" thread, but I guess by now it deserves its own space.
We all love pictures and videos of epic rides. (An epic ride can be defined as anything which involves you, a motorcycle and a good time.) And there is lots of equipment around that can be used to shoot that perfect (or less perfect) picture or video. So, how do you guys go about it?
By now we know that Drapheus has a GoPro Hero HD and uses the interval setting for great pictures and the regular setting for great video. He at least has a helmet mount and probably some other mounting gear as well.
Radare has a mount from Rammounts that he can fix to his XJ wherever.
I have a Kodak Zi8 camera that I want to use to film my rides, but I have no mounting hardware yet. (Ideas appreciated.
So, what do you use? Take pics of your mounting hardware, photography and video kit etc.
(Anything goes. Really!)
How do you shoot video/pictures on the road?
