Alright well I'm still relatively a newbie. I've learned a lot from everyone on this site just from going over posts and all (thanks for that too). I've been riding the crap out of my bike lol. 6000 miles in the first 9 months of ownership. Loving every minute of it too. Lately though it broke on me and I'm a bit lost on where to go. This is where I need more experienced help and input. I've very mechanical with working on cars but bikes are new to me.
Here is the problem. About two weeks ago I my lower motor mount broke. Not a biggie sources a new bolt and special spaced nut. Approximately about $20. Upon closer inspection I noticed towards the my next to my front sprocket cover had a crack in it. Now it's a pretty sizeable one and isn't the acutal cover unfortunately. How big of an issue is this? Is this something that insn't a big deal and I can continue as is once I get a new lower motor mount bolt replaced? I did notice that it was clunking around a bit and I believed this is what caused the crack. Let me know thanks for everyone's help in advance. Mark
