Please take a look at the following two YouTube videos and help me diagnose the problem with my XJ

If I try to give throttle my bike will shut off immediately. The problem does not occur at higher RPM but only when giving throttle at idle.
Possible cause:
Need of carb sync,
Faulty spark plugs - installed new a couple of months ago.
Rubber diaphragm in carburetor broken.
These ideas are "wild" guesses maybe someone has encountered similar problems and can be more specific what to look for and how to resolve the issue.
