Hello everyone,
i am new to this forum and new to motorcycles. Anyway i bought a 94 xj600 off my girlfriends brother for $100 it has some issues but runs and could not beat the price for a first bike. It had the clutch rattle and I figured to get better acquainted with my bike this will be my first project as it seemed simple enough. i fixed the rattle with no problems until i went to but the clutch cover back on. i don't know if i'm not getting the teeth to line up or what but the clutch gets jammed up and won't spring back. Don't know what to do. Any ideas about putting the cover back on or the easiest way to line the teeth up on the thrust rod(i think). The clutch was working perfectly before except for the rattle. I'm almost pissed at myself for taking it apart in the first place, but I figured I have to start somewhere. Any help with this is good help. Thanks
