In working on this machine, I'm having problems getting the choke slide to move through the carbs and it seems like the cable is binding or sticking. Seems like the spring that was on the choke rail just isn't strong enough to push the rail back.

I noticed when reassembling the carbs the choke rail was a little bowed, is that normal? Also, I made sure to lubricate the enrichment plungers and seals.

Any suggestions?
