Clear coat to protect against gas?

I primed, painted, and clear coated my gas tank. I went to put gas into it yesterday and made the mistake of not watching what i was doing and gas was dripping from the gas can onto the tank. It made the clear coat bump up a bit and made it not look good now. Does anybody know if there is a special spray paint clear coat that they make that is resistant to gas. Please help! Thanks!
