Looks like Murphy wasn't done kicking me.
I finally got most of the machine put back together. Carbs are all clean, bench sync'ed, floats set dry and wet methods. I drilled out the EPA plugs and ensured the pilot screws were clean and new o rings put it. Blew air through the circuit, all was well. I made sure to count the number of turns on each screw and tried backing each out to 2 1/2 turns. Put them back on the bike and attempted to start it. Nothing. Used some starting fluid, it backfired a couple of times, sputtered, and nothing.
Reset each pilot screw to where it was when I took them out, waited about 20 minutes, tried again. won't run, sputter, nothing..
It has spark, all fuses are intact, Suggestions?
