At 6000 RPM it lags

Hey All - My Seca runs fine except when I hit 6000 RPM's - She lags a little until 6500 or 7000. Do I need to rebuild the carbs again? I was thinking of trying to put a Jet Kit in there. Its sort of expensive though. Any thoughts welcome. Thanks. :tool:
