Hey everyone, I got a '93 Seca II for $300 about two months ago. The bike needed some work but turned over in the driveway. I'm to the point where I can get it to idle however when I give it throttle it dies. It seems to idle at 1000 - 1200 RPM regardless of what the choke is set to. The carbs have been cleaned, and I just set the adjustment screws to 2 1/2 turns out. Overall I feel that the bike was a great find, I'm just getting a little frustrated at this point.
I guess it's also of note that the petcock leaks when set to on, it seems to be difficult to get the fuel to flow. I'm just not sure what to do. Perhaps the floats? When I've drained the carbs a bit before hitting the starter it seems to have made it easier.
