Whatsup guys I purchased my seca this spring for 1850 with a helmet. I hadnt had much time to upgrade besides my new tires, breaks, and some basic aesthetic stuff (waxing tank, painting headers) before I had a semi-serious crash. I was cut off by a man driving with no headlights and blowing through a stop sign. My only choices were to hit him, swerve, or drop my bike. I swerved and hit a curb taking about a foot out of it. Being my first vehicle I only had liability insurance and was not covered by Gieco.
After I finally got my bike back to my house the damages were as follows:
Twisted forks (real bad, my wheel goes straight when my handle bars are all the way left)
Dented rim
Cracked gauge box
Right mirror snapped off
Windshield cracked in over 4 pieces
Front fairings were demolished ( hindsight being 20/20 I wish I had saved them and glued sanded and painted, this has without a doubt been the hardest part to find thus far as well as most expensive)

It has been about two weeks since my accident and I have ordered:

Gauge box
Forks
Rim
I'm excited to start work as soon as my parts get here, and to get full coverage insurance shortly after haha. Thank you to everyone here this site helped me out a ton. I have pictures but cant quite figure out how to post them here. Also does anyone know if its possible to ride naked with a stock headlight? Not long term but just so I can ride once more before winter hits. I know the stock gauge box naked looks huge. IN DESPERATE NEED OF A FRONT FAIRING + WINDSHIELD
