XJ 600 1992 cold start problems

I can start my seca ii without choke and it will run fine til you try to rev it...what ive been doing is riding it on half choke for about the first 5 or 10 mins then its okay for normal accel...but it takes like 15 mins of riding for the bike to warm up completely so i can rev it and it wont die....anyone else have this problem or is something off in my carburetors
