Reserve Problems

Hello. I've been having problems with the reserve fuel. I switch it over to reserve when I run out of gas in the On position and it doesn't change anything. It still won't run. From looking at other posts on here I thought that maybe it was the On side hose that fell off. I could see that a hose had fallen off inside but couldn't tell for sure which it was. After pulling off the petcock I realized it is the reserve hose that fell off not the On hose. So, now I am perplexed. I pulled the petcock apart and there isn't any blockage in the tubes. Also, the bike will run on reserve when there is gas in the tank and the On still works. Ideas? Possibly a vacuum leak or something. I have no idea. Also, not sure how to get the reserve tube out of the tank to reset it. HELP!!!!
