Just pickup up a 1992 Seca II in pretty good shape.
Its my first Seca, I've been riding about a year and go tired of only working on my 1995 Katana so I wanted a bike I could just ride.
Got the Seca 2 for $650 and rode it home. It has 28,500 miles on it.
Is that high mileage for this motor?
It does have a couple issues:
1: Only runs with the choke on, I'll peel the carbs off and clean out the pilot circuits soon
2: A tap from the top end that I assume (for now) is valve related. When I have the tank and carbs off off, I'll see about valve clearances as well
Is there anything else I want to keep an eye out for on this bike/motor?
Thanks!
Happy to own a Seca!
