Yamaha did offer a lower cowl as a factory accessory for the later-year bikes. This cowl will bolt onto all years of the Seca II. It is not compatible with the crash guards.
The factory part number for the cowl was as follows (for the 1997 Model Year):
- Yamaha Seca II lower cowl (belly pan) with hardware (Mature Red; PART# 4DU08-00-FE),
Yamaha Seca II lower cowl (belly pan) with hardware (Very Dark Metallic Blue; PART# 4DU08-10-P1)
Lower cowl (belly pan) hardware kit: PART # ABA-4DU08-40-00
