What kind of oil should I use in my Seca II?

Recommended Oil Type:

Yamaha recommends API-SE/SF type engine oil (specifically, Yamalube 4). This was the preferred engine oil in 1992. Since Yamalube 4 is unavailable, alternatives include either:

Recommended Viscosity:

Yamaha recommended 10W30 up to 60F ambient temperature and 20W40 for temperatures above 60F. I typically run 5W40 for the winter months (temperatures below 60F) and 10W40 for summer months (temperatures above 60F).
