I had to split my engine cases on my Seca II. What sealant should I when I reassemble it?

Permatex MotoSeal is readily available, easy to use and works well. I've used it to seal the crankcase halves on two engine rebuilds and haven't had a leak on either. You can find it at your local autoparts store hanging alongside RTV and loctite.
